 Amy Sobut
Amy Sobut has over 25 years of experience in interior design. She graduated from Carl Sandburg High School and the Harrington Institute of Interior Design. Amy has helped clients all over Chicago love their homes and everything in them. She spent several years as an interior designer for Marshall Fields, not only assisting clients with furniture selections but also space planning, window, floor, and wall treatments.
Amy’s also been an independent interior designer where she assisted clients with all aspects of interior design, re-design, and new construction. She has worked with contractors to help clients re-invent spaces in their home to better suit their family's needs, as well as make space decisions in new home construction. While planning spaces, Amy applies her experience and expertise in window treatment design, furniture selection, and floor and wall treatments to often exceed a client’s expectations. But, beyond all of the material aspects of interior design, Amy ensures that every client is not only a satisfied customer, but also a friend. In the business of interior design, Amy feels building strong relationships with clients is what helps your family transform the interior of your house into a home.
